World Champion HMB duellist Maria Davydova is coming to the UK. Swords of Cygnus wish to invite you to a full weekend of duels training in all disciplines of all abilities!

About the event
This event is a unique opportunity to learn techniques in all duelling disciplines. Open to all women in the UK and from abroad, fighters will be able to fight in soft kit and armoured (this is recommended if you have armour).
Instruction and coaching will be given in HMB categories of Sword and Shield, Sword and Buckler, Longsword and Polearm.
For any absolute beginners who would like to be a part of this event, we would recommend getting in touch before you sign up and attending a few local sessions of soft training so that you can get the most out of the event.
The price for both days is £35
There is an option to stay over in the gym hall on Saturday night for £5.
It will be in a communal space and campers must bring their own sleeping equipment.
Swords of Cygnus are organising and sponsoring this event to encourage as many women to get involved in this sporting community as we can.

Sportwear including something long sleeved
Trainers
Gloves (to avoid blisters when fencing, cycling gloves work well)
Water bottle
Gum shield
Groin guard

Lunch and snacks to keep you going
soft kit armour (if you have some)
steel armour (if you already a armoured fighter)
